Art & Soul is a three-part creative series featuring contemporary Jewish artists exploring how Judaism, spirituality, and creative practice inform one another.

Art & Soul I — Music & Meaning

Music carries memory, spirituality, and the stories of a people.

In this musical storytelling session, cellist Laura Melnicoff and composer Michael Boumendil will explore how Jewish identity and lived experience find expression through sound, repertoire, and performance. They'll offer a creative lens on how sound shapes emotion, memory, and spiritual meaning.

The session will weave performance, narrative, and dialogue — offering a concert-style experience that brings Jewish themes to life through music.
