Join Dirah to commemorate Tisha B’av

Tisha B’av is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar. It mourns many historic tragedies, including the destruction of the Temples and Jerusalem.

To commemorate the tragedy, we fast and practice rituals of mourning. Taking the time to mourn and process our loss connects us with our history and informs our hopes for the future.

Join Dirah to commemorate Tisha B’av with a reading of Eichah - the Book of Lamentations - the sad prophecy of Jeremiah that mourns the destruction of the Temple and Jerusalem.
